This was the best experience for tinting that I've ever had. It was really easy to schedule my appointment online; there was a ton of availability and was able to schedule for the very next day. Once I arrived, the whole crew was very kind and welcoming, and took time to learn what I was wanting and made helpful suggestions on what level of tint to use. Pretty quick and easy process, and while I was waiting for my ride, I sat in a comfortable waiting area where they had complimentary beverages. They texted me 3-4 hours later and told me my car was ready for pickup, and sent me a picture of the car as a preview. When I pulled into the parking lot, they parked the car outside in such a way that it looked like it was "on display," so that it was the first thing I saw when I arrived. I went inside, and payment was super quick and easy at their kiosk. Finally, the crew went outside with me to review the work on the car, and it was perfect. I would recommend Top Shelf Tint to anyone needing tint in NWA. I will bring all of my future cars to them.

Did a great job tinting my front two windows with ceramic tint. I was visiting from out of town and they came to my hotel, picked up my car, and had it back in a couple of hours (this did cost a little extra). Service and communication was very professional, although I did end up using the web form after I didn't get an answer when calling.

Got my 2018 Tesla Model 3 tinted here. Prime XR PLUS is the best film. Very professional guys and the computer-cut film is just a perfect shape match. And they take full responsibility for their work. You will also get some gifts from them. What a surprise. Very good, and highly recommended.
